Entrants may bring their own accompanists but if required, we have an official accompanist for each section. Entrants must indicate on their entry form that they would like the use of the official accompanist, details will then be passed onto the accompanist for the relevant sections who will make contact with the entrant in order to arrange run throughs / rehearsals. Entrants will be responsible for paying the fees to the official accompanist, rates are as below:

Official accompanist fees are inclusive of one run through (not full rehearsal) and the festival day itself. Run throughs / rehearsals should be organised with the official accompanist directly. Additional rehearsal time can be arranged with the accompanists at £10 per 15 minutes.
Official accompanists should be booked by 10th February 2022, ideally via RMF or alternatively contact your section secretary by the deadline. Requests made after this date can not be guaranteed. Copies of accompaniments should also be shared with the official accompanist once they reach out to introduce themselves.
