Concordia for Growers
Source your workers through Concordia and you’ll be in the company of the UK’s leading growers. We have forged a strong reputation in the industry since 1943, with a focus on excellent customer service, providing workers that are thoroughly screened and well prepared and charging reasonable prices. What’s more, we provide our customers with access to a bespoke and simple to use online portal, that enables them to manage their labour requests online, 24/7, 365 days a year, and is a source of essential documentation for auditing purposes. All of this is accessible at the click of a button. We have a GLAA licence, are key members of the ALP and are regular attendees at Stronger Together workshops. Given our prominent position in the industry and strong reputation, Concordia regularly feeds in to the NFU, GLAA and DEFRA. Growers’ Pastoral Fund
Given that Concordia is a charity, we disperse a proportion of our funds each year to growers, to fund activities and items that will enhance the experience of our workers. Primarily, we aim to finance educational opportunities, and those that encourage cross-cultural mixing. In the past, we have funded: English language lessons, celebrations and events for your staff together with the local community, football tournaments and gym equipment.
